Alan recognized that schools were not doing enough to prepare their students for the difficulties of classes, standardized tests, and college applications, but he believed that he could help. Alan's idea behind the business was that, in order for students to succeed, education needs to be personalized. Schools treat their students as though they all have the same style of learning, but this is a grave misjudgement.

Pro Tutoring began with a mere three students, and an idea to design every class to fit the student's specific, preferred method of learning. Alan quickly realized that this approach caused each of his three students to not only enjoy the lessons, but to benefit from them as well! Today, Pro Tutoring has proudly helped hundreds of students cultivate a love of learning while achieving their individual academic goals.
