Yes. Pro Tutoring offers a free trial lesson for families who are considering becoming part of Pro Tutoring and want to see whether online classes are the right fit.
Most lessons are one hour long. If a student needs a shorter or longer lesson, that can be arranged in advance with the tutor, and the lesson price will be adjusted accordingly.
After you contact Pro Tutoring, we assign a tutor based on your student’s goals and needs. From there, families schedule lessons directly with their tutor based on mutual availability.
The best schedule depends on the student’s current level, goals, and type of support needed. Pro Tutoring can recommend a lesson schedule after learning more about the student’s needs.

Yes. If a student is confused outside of a scheduled lesson, families can call or text Pro Tutoring. If the issue can be handled in under 30 minutes without a Zoom or Google Meet session, the help is free.
Yes! If a tutor is not meeting your needs, contact Pro Tutoring to explain the concern. Pro Tutoring will first work with the instructor to make changes, and if there is no improvement, a different tutor will be assigned.
Pro Tutoring works to make lessons engaging and help students enjoy learning. While we cannot promise that students will love every school class, we do everything possible to show students that learning and studying can be enjoyable.
Pro Tutoring cannot guarantee assistance with every subject not listed, but families are encouraged to contact us with their request. We will work to find or train an instructor who can help meet the student’s needs.
Yes. While Pro Tutoring mainly works with K–12 students, we also help adult clients and college students with certain academic goals.
Pro Tutoring is not certified in specialized instruction, but we have worked with students of different levels and abilities. If a student requires a specialist, we recommend contacting an organization that focuses specifically on learning disabilities.
