By using our website, submitting a form, scheduling a consultation, signing up for services, or participating in tutoring, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Pro Tutoring provides educational support services, which may include:

Services may be provided online or in another format approved by Pro Tutoring.
- No Guarantee of Results
Pro Tutoring is committed to providing high-quality instruction and support. However, we do not guarantee any specific grade, test score, college admission result, scholarship result, academic outcome, or improvement timeline.
Student success depends on many factors, including student effort, attendance, preparation, school requirements, parent involvement, lesson frequency, outside practice, and individual learning needs.
- Parent or Guardian Responsibility
For students under 18, a parent or legal guardian must approve participation in Pro Tutoring services.
Parents and guardians are responsible for:
- Providing accurate student information
- Communicating academic goals and concerns
- Helping ensure the student attends lessons on time
- Providing necessary materials, assignments, deadlines, and school information
- Paying for services on time
- Communicating schedule changes or cancellations promptly
- Supervising the student’s use of online platforms when appropriate
- Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to:
- Attend lessons on time
- Come prepared with necessary materials
- Participate actively
- Complete assigned practice work when applicable
- Communicate confusion or concerns respectfully
- Follow academic integrity expectations
- Use lesson time productively
Tutoring is most effective when students participate honestly, consistently, and actively.
- Scheduling
Tutoring schedules are arranged between the tutor and the family, unless otherwise directed by Pro Tutoring.
Clients are responsible for communicating availability, confirming lesson times, and notifying the tutor of any schedule changes as early as possible.
Pro Tutoring may adjust scheduling procedures when necessary for staffing, service quality, or business needs.
- Cancellations, Late Changes, and No-Shows
Clients are expected to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for lesson cancellations or schedule changes unless there are immediate extenuating circumstances, such as an emergency, sickness, or another unavoidable situation.
If a client cancels or changes a lesson within 24 hours, Pro Tutoring or the assigned tutor may determine whether the missed lesson will be charged.
If a student does not show up to a scheduled lesson, the tutor may wait for a reasonable period of time and attempt to contact the student and/or parent. Missed lessons may be charged as billable missed lessons.
Pro Tutoring reserves the right to update or enforce cancellation, late-change, and no-show policies as needed.
- Payment
Clients must submit payment only through payment methods approved by Pro Tutoring.
Payment expectations, payment timing, accepted payment platforms, and any payment-related procedures will be communicated by Pro Tutoring or the assigned tutor.
Clients are responsible for paying for completed lessons, billable missed lessons, essay editing, test preparation, college admissions support, or any other agreed-upon services.
Late, missing, or disputed payments may result in reminders, delayed scheduling, suspension of services, or termination of services.
- Pricing, Discounts, and Refunds
Tutors are not authorized to change lesson prices, offer discounts, promise refunds, waive charges, or create private payment arrangements unless approved by Pro Tutoring.
Any questions about pricing, discounts, refunds, special payment arrangements, or billing disputes should be directed to Pro Tutoring.
Refunds, if any, are handled at the discretion of Pro Tutoring unless otherwise required by law or agreed to in writing.
- Academic Integrity
Pro Tutoring’s role is to teach, guide, edit, support, and help students develop their own academic skills.
Tutors may not complete assignments, essays, tests, quizzes, applications, or other academic work for students.
Students and families agree not to ask tutors to cheat, plagiarize, complete graded work, impersonate a student, or violate the rules of any school, college, testing organization, or academic institution.
Pro Tutoring reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if academic integrity expectations are violated.
- Online Lessons and Technology
Online lessons may take place using Google Meet or another approved platform.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the student has:
- A reliable internet connection
- A working camera and microphone when required
- A quiet and appropriate learning environment
- Access to necessary assignments, materials, documents, or online portals
If technological issues occur, the tutor may attempt to continue the lesson using another reasonable method, such as a different platform, phone call, FaceTime, rescheduling, or another solution approved by Pro Tutoring.
- Communication
Pro Tutoring, tutors, parents, guardians, and students are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally.
Communication may occur by phone, text, email, or other approved methods.
Pro Tutoring may contact clients regarding scheduling, services, payment, progress updates, consultations, resources, or other business-related matters.
Clients should not use abusive, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, or inappropriate language toward tutors, students, parents, or Pro Tutoring personnel.
- Safety and Appropriate Conduct
Pro Tutoring expects all tutoring relationships to remain professional, appropriate, and respectful.
Pro Tutoring may suspend or terminate services if there are concerns involving:
- Harassment
- Discrimination
- Threats
- Inappropriate behavior
- Unsafe conduct
- Abuse or neglect concerns
- Academic dishonesty
- Repeated nonpayment
- Repeated scheduling problems
- Any behavior that affects service quality or safety
In emergencies or safety-related situations, Pro Tutoring or its tutors may contact parents, guardians, emergency services, local authorities, or other appropriate parties.
- Privacy
Use of Pro Tutoring’s website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

- Website Content and Educational Materials

Clients may also choose to stop services by notifying Pro Tutoring or the assigned tutor.
